Before you drop all that money I would give Sam Strano http://www.stranoparts.com/searchbymodel.php?ModelID=5 a call and discuss your goals. Sam is a real straight shooter and will not give you bad advice or sell you something that wont work for you.

I am looking for info from owners. I have not seen anyone comment on them...

they seem like a really good deal, double adjustable, fully adjustable ride height & camber adjustment plates. not a bad deal for the set. But I don't know how good they are.

I would like to go with some of those also but the price tag is stopping me. I would like to go with a k member when I do the coil overs also. I like all the adjustment you can get out of the coil overs

I went from the Roush stage 2 suspension to the Roush coil over suspension, the same setup used on the Trak Pak. With the Trak Pack you're in a new world of suspension very different feel to the stage 2/3 suspension. On mountain roads and on the track it's awesome! As for driving around town, frwy where there are pot holes it very noticable and can be a hard ride. Depending what you like to do or how you use the car might make do this mod or not. For me I just drive this car on the weekends and do some track and more canyon driving so it works for me. If you drive your car every day it maybe be to much. I would have to say that the Stage 2/3 has good performance and the car is still very drivable as a DD. But if you're a performance junkie come join me on the dark side!

They are single adjustable (rebound only). We run this on 3 Track Pack race cars out here in AZ. Can't comment about street ride but it's very capable on the track.

good replies gents! I would be doing more street driving. I was hoping I could leave a little softness in the ride for the st and adjust for the track when needed. Would that be possible without to much effort with the coil overs?

Adjustment takes about 15 seconds per corner w/ a 2mm allen wrench...very easy. Access is at the strut towers under the hood, and shock tower tops in the trunk (gotta pull back the trunk carpet on the sides, if you've still got it).

Hmmmm. In the hopes of finding out more, since the 2mm allen sounds familiar...... Does it have a full stiff stop, but no full soft stop? Just trying to learn a little as well, since information isn't exactly forthcoming.
