I got my rotors from Rich last summer and didn't have any noise like that. I installed them with factory Ford pads, front and rear. I got the slotted-only rotors and they had a "sliding" sound while braking for the first few miles, which I attributed to the black zinc coating being worn off where the pads make contact. I think you're just getting noise because the brakes are cold and you haven't seated the pads yet. I wouldn't worry about it.
