Review: Steeda Under Pullies
I wrapped, and clampped, my hot water hose. It is actually not the MMR piece that added the problem. It was a factory design issue - just now over exagurated when the new filter was put into place, which added some load to the intake tubing.
I did add an update on my page to show what I have done:

Hmmmm.... from what I understand Steeda is going to have a package consisting of cold air, full exhaust, underdrive pullies and new compy tune that is supposed to be worth somewhere in the 50 hp range??
Kinda skeptical about this until I see some hard data, but 50hp non-chemical HP for what I'd guess to probably be around 12 or 1300 bucks doesn't look to bad

So when you all are saying the pullies slow down AC does that mean it takes longer for the AC to cool and heat the car?

One of the few problems with the underdrive pullies is if you have a high output aftermarket sound system. You know powerful Amps and Subs, and as stated above sometimes alternator problems.

I did drive at night last night with the shaker 1000 - I saw NO power loss in the lights, etc.
So far so good.

If your local SCT dealer hasn't done one yet, offer up your car, ask for a discount on the XCalibrator.
I paid for a discounted XCalibrator and got the dyno time for free. I'm offering him my car for another week of tuning if he's interested (these guys want to learn more about the car), as I'll be on vacation. I hope he can squeeze another 5-10 out of my tune.

2005RedGT, how do you afford all these mods?
Doesn't it get expensive?
I trying to save some $$$ for an SCT Tune

Just go to a local stereo shop and pick up a stiffening Cap. Basically a large capacitor. I use them all the time in my over-the-top stereo installs.

I agree. Time will tell if it ruins the battery.
