I also heard the Borla's at Carlisle this past weekend and really liked the look and sound. From the back you can't see the mufflers which is an improvement in itself, the stainless can be polished, it's a higher class stainless than the others and it rumbles nicely. I ordered one on the spot and can't wait to get it. Adrenalin, the test car they had looked like yours but not quite as nice. Oh, and isn't Borla the standard for Ferrari?

Ok the Magnaflows are on, let me say first that I have not experienced any drone, the sound is deep and very nice IMO, and the tips, well the 4" tips look awesome, the only issue that I had during the install was getting the tips in line, other than that I am impressed, and would recomend them highly if you commute daily, want a nice sound with no drone..Magnaflow wins hands down..

I would go with the flowmasters from what your saying your wanting. I put them on mine and they sound great..little if no interior drone, a good mellow tone and no back popping, plus they really open up when you lay into it. Plus, with any other mods, like a CAI, headers, or Xpipe, they will really sound good. Just my .02

I haven't bought any products, but magnaflow sounds like the only performance muffler without some drone. Chambered mufflers will not make more power over stock. SLP and Bassani are incredibly loud, well over 100 decibels. After that its really what you think is cool.

If you want NO drone, there is only one aftermarket muffler that will do it- Magnaflow (not Magnapacks)

Is Ninosport still the cheapest on the Magnaflows?

I ordered mine from partshopper with the tms discount , I would check them out, they were at my doorstep in two days.

From what I've heard the regular Magnaflows are about the same (and maybe even quieter than) the stock exhaust.
Yes, I'm sure they "wake up" when you get on it, but so does the stock exhaust.
Have you heard the JBA's?

You have heard wrong-
The Magnaflow are almost like stock INSIDE the car-
From the OUTSIDE, they are definitely louder then stock-
The Magnaflows are designed for those who want a performance exhaust with more sound on the outside, but want NO drone on the inside-
The Magnapacks are for those who want to hear it-
I am not sure who started this whole quieter then stock rumor-
The difference between the axle back and the catback is about 3rwhp-
The catback is able to eliminate about 2 bends on each side in the factory exhaust that are not needed- which results in the additional gain-
Thanks

The quieter thing was started a while back when somone posted a before and after video of the Magnaflows and the stock exhaust sounded better.
As for being designed to sound louder on the outside, Magnaflow had nothing to do with that. Ford's placement of the mufflers is the reason it's quieter on the inside.

I remember that post, however what people don't realize is that Magnaflows have a 2 week break in period-
Magnaflows use Italian Rockwool packing inside the mufflers- during the break in period the rock wool expands and hardens internally-
Once it is harder, it is more dense and no longer absorbs sound as well as it did-
The clips were of the Magnaflow first on the car, not broken in, once broken in, they are perfect for the person looking for just a little more flavor with out the drone-
Every one on here with Magnaflows will back up what I just said-
Saleen, Roush, and Steeda would not be using Magnaflow if they were quieter then stock-

I don't know...i've heard a car with magnaflows and headers, and it didn't sound much louder than stock....
It had a nicer/deeper tone, but compared to stock (3), this was a 4.
Then compared to mine/dans Borla's....it blows them outta the water (volumewise) and quality wise...but again, thats just my opinion.
And for the guy that says 'Everyone was looking at me'
Well uh yeah.....if they are loud people look....MAY not be looking because it sounds good.... think about it
