quick revs and quick response when cold

quick revs and quick response when cold
hey guys i have had my mustang for 3 days now its 08 gt 5 speed and i absolutely love it.....when i was driving early this morning i let it warm up it was cold about 50 degrees F and i noticed it revved up A WHOLE LOT QUICKER and the throttle was more responsive I LOVED IT and as soon ad it warms up it goes back to normal big delay and revs really slow compared to the way it was when cold......is there a way to make it stay like that or do i have to tune it or some kind of DIY or a mod to make it stay like that i really hope so
