Quick, How do you seperate the rubber off the cam cover bolt

Put the bolt upside down in a vice with the washer against the jaw and tap the bolt tip with a brass hammer. Grind the tabs off the bolt sides if you want to reasseemble them with something in between the two, like a CAI bracket.
