Question: Hurst Shifter model differences! I need help...

Ok, so I looked around ebay/ford racing/internet, and I see all of these models as possible Hurst Short Shifters:

M-7210-T1A
M-7210-t1
M-7210-t
3910201
3910200

The first 3, an ebay seller claims are just different handles, but I looked in the Ford Racing website, and they only have generic pictures.

The last 2, I don't know what the difference is between the two!

Any help is greatly appreciated...

If i am correct. the difference between the last 2 are just the handle type also. One comes with the chrome stick and white ball, and one comes with just the black rod that lets you reuse your stock FORD ****.

If i am correct,The top 3 are the same hurst shifter, just with ford racing parts numbers on them.

Thats what i think the differences are. Someone please correct me if i am wrong.

So basically the same shifter, just re-numbered to fit Ford's catalog numbers?

The difference between the last two are that the 391-0201 is the crome handle with white ****. The 391-200 is a handle that will except the stock **** which is a different thread on the handle. When this one is installed the shifter will look stock but shift like a Hurst.

Here's a question about the regular Hurst shifter...

On the 391-0201, what is the part number for just the ball ?? I believe that the 163-0008 is the 3/8-16 White 5-speed but does not have the Hurst on the side ? I talked to Summit Racing and they said that the 163-0025 is the correct number but everything I've seen on the web shows the 163-0025 as something completely different ??

I dinged up mine and want to replace it with the same ball, I just need to know the correct part #

Thanks !!
