I've been reading the posts about the various tuners (SCT, Predator) and am confused about the octane tunes. Most talk about a 91 octane tune or 93 octane tune.

All of my area gas stations have 92 octane as the highest octane available here in Minnesota. Am I missing something?

Apparently, 93 octane gas.

(it's available most places, but not everywhere - I gather that as a general rule, it's OK to fill with gas that is higher octane than your tune, but not lower; therefore, if you tuned, you'd probably want to do a 91 tune and put in 92 gas).

I dont think anyone has seen 100 on pump gas unless you got some pumped racing fuel. I'm in LA and the highest around is 91.

I haven't seen anything over 91 in San Deigo, either. You might have to get out of the air quality compliance areas to find anything higher.

Most around here have 87/89/91 but Chevron sells 87/89/92 and some stations carry 87/89/92/94. Husky/Mohawk has 90/92/94 and are selling 90 for the same price as 87 and 92 or 94 for the same price as 91.
I'm running the 93 tune on 94 octane...

Yes absolutely. I have occasionally found 92 octane, don't remember where just now, but mostly it's only 91 octane. I'm in LA as well.

I'm glad to hear the Diablosport tune has a 91 octane option though

I found 100 octane at the pump in Covina, California [LA County]. It's at the 76 station at Citrus and the I-10. The guy actually ran out and said "That's racing fuel!" <chuckle> I was putting it my Turbo Buick which demands the "good stuff" for any kind of boost unless you don't care about head gaskets or damaged pistons... Last time I was over there [a while ago now] it was just under $6 a gallon. I usually mix it with the mule urine, I mean the "91" they sell here in SoCal...

I was spoiled by Sunoco Ultra back in Northeast which was 94 a few years ago [93 now, guys?]. The funny thing is that now that Sunoco is NASCAR's "official fuel", they must be using it at Irwindale Speedway here in LA County [at least for the NASCAR events]. I happened across a distributor south of here [along the I-15 between LA and San Diego] with a Sunoco sign and I got all excited until I realized there were no pumps! I assume he supplies the race track.
