A Question About Brenspeed Tunes

Hello everyone. I was about to purchase an X-Cal3 tuner from Brenspeed but then wondered if they can/will modify their tunes for products they don't sell. That may be a silly question to some but I need to know.

They will modify your tuner for soemthing that they don't carry but it will probably cost you. What would you need a tune for that they don't sell?

Before I got my SCT from Brenspeed last year I gave them the list of mods that might affect the tune such as the Magnaflow Exhaust System and the MAC Cold Air Induction kit along with the processor code. When the tuner arrived it worked well.

Rich is correct. But keep in mind, this would be for future mods. When you order, you will need to let them know all your current mods and they will be included in the tunes provided in the XCal. If you purchase something from them that requires a tune, they will provide it free of charge. If it is something they don't sell you, there is a charge.

If you already have them they will be on the list of mods you have when you order, Brent will tune for them.

+1, +1, and +1 LOL...... just let'em know, you'll be good until you upgrade. And then if you upgrade while purchasing from them, you should be covered at that point as well.

+1x4....They offer great "over-the-phone" customer service. If you list out all your mods prior to placing your order, no problem. If you further upgrade AFTER installing tune, they can walk you through the adjustments (tires/gears etc) as you can make these changes with the X-cal3. If you purchase upgrade items from them, tune upgrades are included. If you purchase from another vendor, you will be charged for tune upgrade

Maybe I'm wrong but along with the shorties, I don't think a catted anything requires a tune either.
