So, is it safe to say that Ford has given us a mid 13 sec GT Mustang?

13.69 true stock best time so far run at Reynolds, GA in somewhat humid conditions but by a capable driver. The white GT posted in dragtimes.com. Performance should only improve as the weather gets cooler/dryer. At least down South it will.-No snow in Florida during Dec/Jan/Feb. Give it some time.

Correction: 13:60 as of 11/13/04. Same vehicle/driver/track.

...and he has an actual timeslip to prove it. First slip I have seen so far!

Manual transmission
3750#'s including driver weight of 240
shifted at 5900,5900, and 5500, made 3 runs ,all 60's at over 100 mph.

I think he is a member here!

but it sure is lacking in trap speed. the other car had slower every thing but a higher trap speed.

Acceleration hp calc Its a formula several are available uses weight e.t. or mph to determine hp. Mph is supposed to give you a more reliable hp reading. Using the 3 formulas with 3750 lbs and 100mph you get 305hp,293hp and 308hp

Saw the new Motor Trend had a 13.5 showing on a bone stock car.....You gotta figure that Bryan and I are running high 12's with all that we've done...can't wait to get this thing on the track......woohoo!
