pypes violators with o/r h?

i just installed my new violator axle backs (304 ss polished) and i love them. they sound good and deep and a little louder but i think i want it a little louder and deeper still. does any of yall have violators with o/r h pipe. maybe point me in direction to compare stock with violators to violators with o/r h. i seen a video a while back but cant find now. what is everyones opinions on the setup with an o/r h. i would probably go with pypes for the h also.

I love it. No drone and sounds very muscular. It's not for the faint of heart, though. It's LOUD. BTW, these were all shot with an HD camera, and it comes extremely close to capturing the real sound, so unlike most youtube videos, what you hear in the clips is what you hear in person.

Thanks Stock manifolds and mild bolt ons. I hope you have kind neighbors, lol. This setup is louder than the setup on our 2005. The 2005 is Cervini's/Magnaflow side exhaust (straight through mufflers) and off-road X!

Stock exhaust and stock cats w/ Pypes Violators T304 here. The drone is pretty bad at 1500-2000 RPM, but it sounds aggressive. I have to wear earplugs to fight the drone.

NM that part, I saw your link to your web page that has a list of your mods. Very nice, I will be running a very similar setup. It's very good to see how well the car launches with that setup.

What altitude are you racing at? So far the best I've been able to run is a 13.98 at 101 in Hobbs, NM at around 3500 feet. Totally stock susp with a couple of engine bolt ons at the moment.

probably 2.5x - 3x as loud. It's really really loud, especially at start-up and WOT.

I was launching between 1k and 2k with TCS off. In those two videos, my only suspension mods were LCA's. I have the pro kit, relocation brackets, adjustable upper, front swaybar delete now also. My elevation is 637ft above sea level. My best time is 13.5@105 with a 2.1 60'. Last time I was at the track, I got the 60's down to 2.0, but my wheels were off balance, so I had to shut down at the 1/8th. It'll be a few weeks until I get back out, but I'm hoping for 13.3 with 1.8 60's next time. I've also added underdrive pullies this week.

I ran offroad pipes for about six months. Not with violators but stingers. It definently will make your exhaust louder! I am personally not crazy with the sound of offroad pipes on our cars but try it out.

Hey Staind, you may also want to consider a Mac o/r prochamber. Their also well known for providing that deeper/throatier exhaust note, only not quite as loud as an off road H-pipe.

Anyway, if your looking for something that's louder than stock, but don't want to disturb your neighbors at 6:00AM. The prochamber might just be what your looking for.

Hey Rocky...I am going to throw out another possiblity. I have had the Prochamber with the GTA's and what you say is correct but after having the Magnaflows for over a month now I think you can go with these and forget the Prochamber and get the same results. Been there and done that. Check it out here!!

Scott, do you mean that you can get the same results with just the Maggies and off road H pipe. Or do you mean achieve the same results with the catted stock H, and Maggies

I'm running Mac LTs, offroad prochamber and magnaflow magnapacks. I know I am biased but, I havn't heard a better sounding car then mine. The only complaint I have is there is a slight drone at 1900ish rpms if in a gear that you are not up to speed for. Such as if I shift into 5th at 60 and just slowly accelerating, its about the only time I hear it. Other then that, love the S**t out of this setup. I'll try to post up a video sometime soon.
