O-R then, I assume? If so, you don't think it's too loud? Wouldn't it be similar to the set-up I'm running?

Nope, stock cats. Being as I can't buy catted legs for the prochamber my only option is to but a new mid-pipe. I really like the whole bassani bx catted setup..

Heck, w/ the deepness of the prochamber, I'd take it even w/ stock cats.

I've got to get this exhaust situation figured out. I wish there were more people around me w/ modded Mustangs so I could hear the setups in person since youtube clips all sound like crap. ( IMO )

SONICBOOST,
I ran the PMMS for about a week after my L/T install, that was with a O/R H,no cats. Was just too loud for my tastes. Still did not have any drone or trumpeting, just was too much for me. Did not try it with any cats after the L/T's.
Have a little raspiness now around 3k, but overall not bad. I'll stick with this setup for now. Just starting to warm up enough here where I can drive with the windows down.

John,
Are you up north by Cleveland or near Toledo? Any plans on coming to the Mustang show in Dublin in June?
Glad to hear you got the system bolted up.
Sharp ride Liking those wheels. Hoping to get some retro Magnum 500's for mine down the road.

I'm gonna really try and find some highflow cats to go with my prochamber because after driving it today it just sounds too good to get rid of I talked to mrt about their cats but they weren't too helpful. I can get the cats for $60 a piece but I do not know if they will fit my prochamber. My prochamber is 2.5 and the mrt cats are 2.5 but the guy on the phone said they measure from the inside and not the outside or something like that and wasnt sure if they would work. I don't know what to do

Maybe not w/ cats. I'll post an update when my stock H is back on. Honestly, I say drone because that's what it sound like to me, but it may not be the 'technical' definition.

Hmm... I don't know if I be sticking with my hookers I just installed since they drone and it seems like a lot of noise inside with not much outside and I though about a custom mid pipe system with some magnapaks in the mid pipes. Maybe I should just go straight pipe like SLP/Boomtube can't imagine they drone, just loud.

Almost every exhaust will drone. My mid mufflers don't drone like my stingers did though...Drone has never bothered me though...

Here you go;

Dublin is a suburb of C-Bus. On the NE corner.

o/r prochamber and pypes mid-mufflers are growing on me (just a little trumpeting but I have no drone)... I have LT's getting installed this weekend so I'm curious how that is going to change my tone.

I'm pretty happy, getting magnaflow highflow cats put on my prochamer monday. I hope they make it a somewhat louder. I have heard there is no difference in highflow cats and stock cats...Time will tell

No good bro, sucks to spend all this time and money then not be happy with something. I would stay away from Corsa's. IMHO may be the worst sounding mufflers out there but everyone is different. Good luck!

Some call me crazy. But with my seasoned stock mufflers many a person with another 05+ GT with some aftermarket exhaust or another has questioned "what exhaust you got on that? could be a tad louder but man it sounds sweet!".

One of my friends tore off his stockers the day he took delivery. Tried Macs and something else. Finally threw the stockers back on. Let them break in. And not would not change them now from what he tells me.

Ford engineers spent a good deal of time in the sound booth with these cars. Shame to toss that so quickly. Just my 0.02

OR-H w/ stock muffs sounds real good.

But my car's over 3 yrs old, I'm not tossing the muffs quickly - besides, they're still in the basement.
