Pypes Catted X-Pipe Question?

I currently have Borla Stingers (AB) and I want to get a more aggresive sound and pick of a few ponys in the mix so I'm thinking about putting a Pypes Catted X-Pipe. My questions is this: "Would I be correct in thinking that with the cat's they will have a lower or less harse sound than with out??

Thanks!

I have a 08 GT and I had a offroad h pipe and I hated the sound. My car sounds like a truck with no mufflers. I have a Pypes axle back on the car. I bought a used Magnaflow x pipe with high flow cats and man does it sound better. My car now has a good smooth tone which to me sounds good. Before it sounds just like a truck. It would almost hurt your ears if you were behind me and I reved up.

I didn't like the sound of mine without cats. If it was my car I would by the high flow cats and I think you will like them. If you don't buy the insertd and take them out.

I don't know if I answered you question but I told you what I knew.

Going good. I thought it was but didn't know for sure. Are you going to be at Cardinals next saturday. If so I'll let you hear my new car with my Pypes axle back and my highflow cats.

Ya I'll be there bro! Now I just need to find out who in the club can help me install them when I pick them up LOL! Sucks not having a place of my own to do the work in. I figured that the cat's "in" is the ones I wanted since I did not want it to be overwelming.

It takes longer for the stock cats to cool off than it does to install them. When you get them call me and I will help you out.

Sweet! I just don't have the tools to do it or anywhere to do it since I live in an apartment.

It will take longer for the Cats to cool off then it will to install the h or x pipe. It don't take long.

I installed the off road h pipe on my buddies car this weekend and it actually sounded pretty good. It was still loud as crap. So I really don't know what to tell you to buy. I guess it depends on your mufflers. I also like the idea of the cats so my warranty won't be void because of no cats.
