I think this is the problem. I don't have word; I have WordPerfect by Corel

 

Or you could click the picture I posted . Go pirate yourself a copy of Word. No one uses the Corel crap anymore.

I've gone over the parts list comparing it to the parts I have and I think I'm ok. Trouble is, I"m not very techinical when it comes to this and aside from identify nuts and bolts there are items with names I am not familiar with. Process of elimination I guess to ensure I have everything. So far so good.

I s/w my my sales guy and he is going to speak with the tech that uninstalled the system. Find out what, if anything, he couldn't save and didn't include and then contact Vortech for a replacement part and have it shipped over night to me. He says it is complete but I asked if he could just do me the favor of talking with the tech to be sure. The tech has been out for over a week at a training seminar and my planned install is for this Saturday. 94Tbird, Davids2toys and Torrence have generously agreed to help me. I'll be supplying the food and beer..
