P0430 code

I've gotten this code twice now and I keep clearing it. I know it has to do with the cat. I recently installed BBK LT with the catted x pipe. Do you think something is wrong with the catted x pipe as its only one side? However, the car runs great and I don't smell any extra exhaust fumes.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

No I didn't get a retune. I talked to Brenspeed about it and said only if I am getting a code for the front o2 sensors not heating up fast enough then I will need a retune. The code I am getting if for the rear so it has to do something with the cat I think.

Ok got a response from Brenspeed and said to try a spark plug non fouler to move the o2 sensor out of the exhaust stream. Have any of you tried this or heard about it?
