One Piece Driveshaft Setup

I have an 07 GT with the Roush Suspension kit and a Pro 5.0 Shifter and was thinking about purchasing a one piece aluminum driveshaft. I've been looking at the Coast Driveline piece and was wondering if I would have an issues with fit or pinion angle. I've read over TacoBill's DIY, but would like a second opinion. I know this has been covered a few times, but I've never really seen a definite answer with a setup like mine. Thanks.

You won't have any problem with the Pro 5.0 shifter. You will need to have the pinion angle checked and adjusted. The Coast ds is a very nice piece. I looked at it at Tillmans after I had already bought a Spydershaft.

The coast driveshaft is very nice. I love mine. If you call Coast ask to speak with Bill and tell him Chris from B&M referred you.. he'll take care of ya

JedCranium has the Roush suspension with a 4" Coast 1-pc DS.
No issue with pinion angle, stock UCA and non-adjustable billet LCA's being used and all is vibration free.
Only 2 things that need to be done is to relocate the e-brake support bracket and flatten that center sheetmetal hump in the tunnel (especially if you ever plan on carrying rear passengers).

No clearance issues between the DS and shifter, but you may run into a clearance problem to the front DS loop depending on which brand you go with.

2008 Owners are lucky. The driveshaft tunnel is larger and the ebrake cable isnt an issue anymore. No mods for clearance! Coast Driveline are some stand up guys! Give us a call if you need one!

I will have a Spydershaft available later this month with a BMR safety loop thrown in. I guess this would be considered a presell advertisement.
