Is there one better than another does it matter? what oil filters are people using first oil change is around the corner Thanks!!!

Somewhere on the web there is a report that compares filters from all the biggies...

2 things I remember: Fram are the absolute worst (cardboard parts on the inside that disintegrate!) and those made by Purolater and Wix are among the best. (I have a NAPA near me and their NAPA Gold filters are made by Wix so that is what I typically use).

I have not changed oil on car yet, but I have 2 boat engines that I am very **** about.
I use PureOne filters or a Wix If I could find one. The K&N is nice too.
