OBX, do it or not????

well theres an overwhelming vote here for te obx setup.....
the only thing i wouldnt like is the h pipe it comes with cause of the raspiness.....
its more expensive to go with bbk, but i think i would be happier in the long run.

Its best to do things once and do them right. BTW, my car isn't out till tomorrow So... first impressions come tomorrow!

RFLgtcs, where'd you get the L/Ts and X pipe? I'm thinking about doing the same setup you have. I've heard several similar setups in person and the one you have sounds best, imo.

i think they have some of the lowest prices on exhaust parts
trust me you will not be disappointed. imo its the best header made for the s197 and the power is incredible
i was at around 3000rpms today in second and hit it and the tires just started spinning. and this is on a stock gt with long tubes and tune.

A question, if you 'plan' on getting a supercharger, should you get the 1 3/4 headers now rather than the 1 5/8 that is reccomended for the the n/a setup. Or should you just change it when you buy the s/c.
I'm planing on getting one in about 2 or 3 years, and I'll probably get my exhaust system in about 6 months to a year.
