Anyone here installed a nitrous kit in a 05. If so are you satisfied? How hard was the install? What kind of nitrous kit did you use?

I've seen it on 2-05's so far. The V6 was running low 13's with it and the GT, automatic, was running 12.3's. I forget which brand it was. I know it wasn't NOS.

N20 should work fine in these cars. They have relatively high compression, which might make nitrous a safer alternative than boost, as long as you keep it to a 100-125 shot.

But we still have a plastic intake like the 99-04 cars, so expect a nitrous backfire to kill your upper intake.

Cant you put a rubber cork in your intake to prevent that? That way when/if it backfires it will just blow the plug and not the intake? Ive heard of people doing that before with cards that had plastic intakes.

zex makes it for the gt, i havent seen any for the v6 yet though
