Alright guys what do you think my next mod should be for the best performance and hp. I currently have 3:73 gears, short throw shifter, cai, and a custom tune. These are the mods I was thinking:

Long tube headers
Delete plates
Throttle body
Pulleys

What do you guys think or hit me with any suggestions and keep it somewhat affordable. Thanks guys.

I would suggest exhaust first as you will enjoy the sound a great deal. Then focus on intake to take advantage of the exhaust

I would suggest 410 gears and then off road H pipe and Steeda pullies.

Welcome to the forum!

Are you going to be taking this down the 1/4 or is this just street fun? I personally think that the 3.73's are steep enough and if you go to 4.10's then you might as well remove first gear (not really, but you get what I'm saying)

I would definitely do exhaust next. I recently did mine, and I have to say, I am extremely happy with the modification. I didn't notice any hp difference, but it is so much more fun to drive.

My opinion would be to install a GT500 throttle body with the adapter plate from Blowby Racing. That's probably my next mod...of course, you'll need a tune to adapt to it, but that should be no problem since you already have a custom tuner.

After that, exhaust.

From the research that I've done, a larger throttle body really isn't that necessary on a n/a engine. Stock it has a 55mm tb, and a gt500 tb is only 60mm so that's not a very large difference. Plus the hp to dollar ratio isn't very great either. I'm not saying that exhaust gives you all that much hp, but it does give you a noticeable difference in your car that makes you smile every time you hit the throttle.
