Doug told me that I need to update my tuner software so I can download my tune for my 4.10's.

I went to the sct website and found the support driver section. Most deal with the live update (what ever that is) and some upgrade links. I clicked on one I thought I needed and it tells you to flash the car back to stock?

Can anyone help me out with the link to the correct file I need to download and how to do it?

I got the cable and found the correct port to download it to.

LiveUpdate will flash your tuner to the latest firmware, which is curently v1.11. You will also need to obtain the firmware itself.
LiveLoad allows you to upload tunes to your tuner.
LiveLink is used for dataloging via PC.

So, to update your tuner, you need to:
1) Return car to stock tune.
2) Install the XCal2 drivers.
3) Install LiveUpdate and update firmware on XCal (If it's not already v1.11).
4) Install LiveLoad and upload new tune to XCal (Choose an empty slot if ya got one).
5) Retune car to custom.
