Ok guys , i have spoke to doug and you talk about costomer service doug walked me through the entire process of hooking the xcal2 up to the comp. ,downloading the drivers ,software ,installing it all and downloading the tune ,all i can say is WOW no its not forced induction but i did not expect that much gain . the other guys tune was definately off and Doug made it right !!there is no dought i would recomend him to every one and will be going back for more with each mod ,i also have a 2005 f150 5.4 i am now considering a tuner for with his tunes!! once again i cannot thank doug enough for his help ,i should have done it right the first time !!!and fyi the link cable is just a standard usb printer cable and yes doug does send them with his kits !!hats off to doug at Doug at Bamachips ,Jay at JLT ,and every one at THE MUSTANG SOURCE for the help
