a friend of mine wants to race. he has a stock 96 nissan 300z w twin turbos. he says somone messed with the stock wastegates a little for more power, but they are the stock ones. his is a stick.

oh yeah i have eibach pro kit, bmr lca's w reloc bracts, panhard bar and brace.

and i weight 160 and he is about 260

but Ive run those, TT MR2s, 3000GTs, S13s, 14s and a 15, and none of them can even come close

 

This will probably get moved to Which is Better? pretty soon, but you should smoke him. I raced my neighbor's 300ZX TT and beat him pretty easily. The 4.10's should seal the deal, I just had a JLT and tune at the time.

 

Those Zs were decent cars for back in the day but the Mustangs have come a long way in those 10 years. Go teach him a lesson.
