This is my Final Delete Plate Question, I Promise!
this question is in regards to the stock runner plates. Can the stock plates malfunction/become faulty in anyway where is can cause a rich or lean condition and rough running?

Anything could happen..... there is a motor on the back side of the intake assembly that controls the plates; it could (I guess) become faulty or malfunction. Or it could become unplugged.....
