My day at Brenspeed

First let me say I am an avid reader of these forums, but not much of a poster. I just wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the great service provided by Brenspeed. From the first e-mails, to the follow up phone calls you are treated as if you are the only customer. During my install, the telephone there rings non-stop. Every call is answered to the customer's satisfaction. There is no short answer to the questions I am sure they have been asked a thousand times. I am invited to the service area to see the progression of my vehicle. Most places would have you sit in the waiting room until its time to pay the bill, then be nice to you. My car is brought out to me, all aspects of the job are explained. I go inside to pay my bill, and I am greeted by Brent (who is on the phone with a supplier, but wants to take the time to tell me he appreciates my business, and thanks me for coming in). Well, thank-you Brent, Seth, and Dave. You run a first class business that truely focuses on customer service.

I couldn't agree with you more. I have had great experiences at Brenspeed back in Feb. Tell us what did you have installed???

I couldnt agree more, I just bought my CAI and tune from them 2 weeks ago and there service was awsome, but now after some consideration I have decided to buy there supercharger set up, and Brent has been more than helpfull in working out the details. So because of there service ill be pulling the triger and ordering the kit next week. I was just checking on map quest and considering wether to take my car up to them or instaling it myself. Whad do you guys recomend?

I had Steeda ultra-lites, adjustable panhard bar, and underdrive pulleys installed. I live in western Michigan, but I made the trip because I wanted to see the shop, and was curious about the Saleen superchargers.

You could do it yourself, but make the trip anyway! They can probably do it in a day's time provided you get there early or arrive the night before. Plus, they can tune it on the dyno! What blower are you planning on buying?

+1

I didn't buy my Saleen SC from Brenspeed but I got their tune and other things 1st class all the way. The Saleen is an easy install if you want to do it your self took me 2 days and it rocks your world. 430 rwhp 413 torque with a 3.6 pulley.

i agree with the saleens being nice, but due to the shaker hood on my car im going with the polished paxton, its a 11 hour drive up to the shop from here, but that will be one awsome ride home, we shall see.
