FYI After seeing the corsa exhaust post here a month or so ago,I really liked the system and went ahead with ordering it from a good dealer who gave me a good price.I think the corsa website soundclips sold me on the system along with the good reputation they have for quality even though they are not known for ford stuff. The drop ship package arrived after a few days and when I opened it .it looked like very good quality.Well packed so as to not scratch the tips and nice workmanship on the system. After lifting one side out of the box I was amazed at how heavy it was, more than the stockers I think.I went ahead with installation and loosened up the bolts by the H-pipe and removed the stockers. The drive side went on easy and I lined up the tips with just a little manuvering. The pass side was hard to get in place and eventually went in but the tip was over to the right by a few inches hitting the plastic.after reading the instructions and doing some wrangling I was able to get it over but,it still was at least 1 inch off center(almost touching the plastic and the tip was twisted).I spent the rest of the afternoon attempting to see if I did something wrong(I have good mech abilities).I even called corsa and asked for help, but they were not very helpful.Next day I took the car to a local shop that installs exhausts. These guys are a father and son team that dragraces on the weekend and know their stuff. They did the borla on my mach 1.After 30 mins they said that the pass hanger was about 1 inch too long.I told them not to modify it cause it would void the corsa warranty.I called corsa from the shop and told them of the situation.he refused to talk to the shop mech and They wanted me to take digital pics and e-mail it to them.I said that I didn't have my camera available(friend has it on vacation) and that for what I spent I should not have to go through that.I wanted a new system that fits. After I could see I was getting nowhere with this guy I told him that I was going to send the system back to him and be done with it.He stated that they would not take it back(although after shipping it to ls1, corsa said they now wanted it back).Fortunately LS1speed honored it and took it back.I then put in a order for a steeda system. ls1speed is saying that corsa states that there is nothing wrong with the system and wont take it back from ls1speed.corsa dosen't even want to look at the system.Ls1 is stuck with it.

Sorry to hear about your trouble.
It never ceases to amaze me how companies try to rip off the end consumer. All they care about is the all mighty buck.
That is one of the great things about sites like this. We can share experiences with each other good or bad.

1)corsa should have checked the front hangar length with the mechanic to see if the system was made right.2)Corsa should have immeadiately offered to send me a new system.

some corsa mustang exhaust observations:
system is way too heavy.shop mech was amazed at the weight.
soundclips are not quite what it sounds like(I had it on on way to muff shop).Idle is like stock and only at WOT is it even a bit louder(deeper).
tip quality is very good ,but looks like the polished tip was just welded in over a slash tip.

sounds like your typical P.O.S. company, when it comes to Mustangs, they must be affiliated w/ PaceSetter exhaust....They stink just as bad.

I too had thought of them after hearing the clips. Not any more. Borla or Bassani would be a better choice.
