It is going to depend on how much $$$ you want to spend.

From what I have seen, you may want to consider the following as a good starting point:

1. CAI with BAMA tune
2. Steeda UDP
3. FRPP 410 gears
4. Pypes off road H pipe
5. Drag radials for the track

Assuming drivers are of equal skill, that should take care of the Subaru!

You can make them all Steeda parts including our CAI and Steeda tune

Let me know your budget and your goals and we can put a package together for you.

Best Regards,
TJ

You're probably gonna want to look in to nitrous. I have serious doubts that you can do that on that budget unless you drive like you have another ride home.

Can you even increase 100 horsepower without installing a SC. Figured that's the only way to get that much of an increase. I imagine bolts can get close but not that much. Not sure though.

Yea with head work and good cam choice. I'm at like 380-400 on motor.

For your best bang for the buck and the power you want give Terry at Beefcake Racing http://www.teambeefcakeracing.com/20...rchargers.html a call and get one of his Vortech V2 kits. He has the best prices around for the Vortech kits. Install this kit along with a set of lower control arms and some 4.10 gears if you can swing the cost. You will be extremely happy with the results.

For right around $3500 you can get an additional 200 rear wheel horse power on pump gas that 450rwhp and 450 rear wheel torque. Using 90% oem parts and ready to run anytime you are. Hard to beat that, you can't really go any higher without a complete motor rebuild.

SC or Turbo? I see kits like around $5000. Where is this kit at?

908, are you currently running one of these? Any history with one you can give on it, and the 10% non-oem parts?

Things like the fuel pump which is cheaper to buy a 340 or 405lph pump rather than the GT500 twin pump system. Maybe the heat exchanger tank from Roush or a CAI most everything else is OEM GT500 parts except of course the intake which is DOB. Over 50 of them running around already. Mine was the first over a year ago.
