I believe that the computer would throw a code anytime it detects a disruption with it's parameters.

 

That's what I figure.

The computer is so twitchy, that if there is anything outside safe opperating perameters, it'll throw a code.

If it doesn't, obviously its safe to run.

And assuming the car runs a little rich from the factory anyway...maybe its built that way for CAI's (like a little bit of breathing room)

Thinking and asking questions out loud is good. When voices start answering, it is bad.
