More throttle body confusion

I have an '05 Gt Auto that I bought new. I was under the impression that the stock throttle body for my car is two 58mm bores. I had to replace it (bad throttle motor) a couple of years ago si measured it today and was surdrised it was far short of 58 mm. I compared the measurements against an after market 62mm TB to see if I was measuring in the correct places.

Can someone explain this to me? I am considering getting an '07-'10 GT500 TB which Ford says is two 60mm bores but I don't trust their measurements any more. Does anyone know for sure what the bore is on the GT 500 TB?

YOU be the judge.... (The billet one is not the GT500...)
