Mid Mufflers instaled!

Well to all who have been following my exhaust quest I finally got my SLP Bullit mufflers and go them installed with the 4in tips from summit. First off let me say that the guy who did it all did an amazing job which took about 4 hours. Before this I had these setups

stock H / SLP Loudmouths then... nice but not loud enough and not much tone

OR H/ SLP Loudmouths then... wow off the wall loud and just crappy

OR H/ FRPP Stingers.... very nice but to poppy and raspy aka trumpeting

now the setup is OR H plus the Bullit mufflers. Alls I can say is WOW... although I will admit that I like the Stingers at idle more... cruising in these is just amazing... I wil also say that at WOT there is still some trumpeting at lower RPMs, but it not poppy its more just loudness than anything (does that make sense?) I also need to keep in mind that these mufflers are brand new and need a little break in time. So far I am very pleased. So far this is the best setup I've had... I think the only way to fully get rid of the poppy trumpeting is to go to some kind of catted setup.

Pictures & Vids on there way!

haha ok guys chill out... I'll get some clips up today! I'm in Dallas now with nothing to do... clearance is fine... they do stick down a little but I would say not as much as if you had say the Cerv side exhaust...

its pretty wild and def LOUD! It does lack a little smoothness. But its actually very quite at idle but really loud at WOT. I wonder.... we talk about all these clearance problems... but if you stuck say some 40 series flows under there would you be looking at about the same clearance as a side exhaust system?

WOW!!! That sounds really good!!! Even the wife likes it!! I've been thinking about something like this but off LT's, just haven't worked out what muff's to use, maybe some very small spintech's(they do have some small muffs!!)

Thanks! the vid does not to justice to how loud it is! I would love to see some spintech's. Thats what they put on the Eleanors I believe. The good thing is now that I have everything run, if I don't like the sound I can swap mufflers very easily
