LT's w O/R & Stingers = Too Loud need suggestions

I put Stingers on after deciding my Corsas were too raspy with the LT's and no cats. I like the "warmer" sound, but it's REALLY loud.

Any suggestions?

Try putting your stock muffs back on. Don't laugh, try it. You could always get chrome tips for them.

Won't cost anything to try if you still have them laying around

If he doesn't like raspy, he'll hate the stock axlebacks. With long tubes and ANY offroad mid pipe it's raspy as HELL!

I have lt's with an offroad H and Magnaflow Magnapacks and I think it sounds great!

But again, stock IS a free test...

Of course, he could always try going back to catted H pipe...

I surprised the muffler companies haven't heard our complaints about droning axle backs. They keep making the same mufflers, some sound good and most them sound like wasted money.

You don't need to change mufflers or add cats....... just have some 12" or 18" resonators installed. It will get rid of 99% of any droning, trumpeting, and/or rasp that you have and will not cost you any power.

I don't but if you wanted to jump in the car and head to Algonquin you can hear it in person.
