I have been looking at springs since I'll be buying some soon. 1" drop just doesn't seem like enough (Steeda springs). I have seen a few pics of lowered cars on here and the cars look pretty low. Is 1" enough drop? Looks like some of you guys are lower, more like 2"... Post pics of your lowered car and let me know what brand and price you went with. I just want to see what you guys recomend. Seems like the normal price is about $259.00

I think H&R springs drop the lowest. I am getting these...as I have heard negative things about the eibachs and steeda springs on the 05's

What bad things about the eibachs and steeda. I know the eibachs' prolines lower from 1.5 to 2 inches.

Who is H&R

I am thinking about going with Sean Hyland Performance springs. I just spoke with him today. They will be available in about 60 days.

He said that you will not be able to lower the front more than an inch without severly screwing up the ride of the car. "You won't be able to take any corners", he said.

That comment is a load of poo. Many people who have lowered their 05 stangs dont hold this complaint. Mine is dropped 2.5" in the front and I sure can take corners.

BTW, I own the Eibach Sportlines and I am very happy with 'em.
