Looking for more power across the power band

Hey everyone,
I'm back to researching a new CAI to purchase and was wondering if anyone has info as to which CAI would produce more/most power across the band? (If it is possible) Peak hp #'s are nice, but the majority of the time I spend in the car is with the rpm's under 5000
I've searched and seems like everyone talks about peak power #'s with no mention of #'s throughout the band.
Thanks.

On edit: Almost forgot. My car's engine is bone stock.

Bone stock to any CAI and Tune will feel night and day. The improved throttle response and extra Hp throughout the entire range only fluctuates by about 6 Hp between most setups.

I would focus on a Torque Tune and contact a site sponsor for specifics.
