Looking for 9" True Flow filter
I'm looking for a 9" True Flow air filter that would be a direct replacement for the 9" Powerflow filter that comes with the JLT CAI.
Reasons, if you're interested:
A) I think the True Flow looks better, brighter red. Red foam instead of white paper sprayed with red oil.
B ) It has a slightly smaller diameter, and I'm having some hood clearance issues with my JLT with the Jet TBS and UPR billet power steering cap (main culprit) combined.
C) I think the True Flow foam filters better than the paper Powerstack.
D) I just can't leave "well enough" alone.
Thanks for the help!
For those that haven't seen one, looks just like the one on my L, kind of a chicken wire around red foam. This is a 12", and I need a 9" for the GT.

Thanks again!

Good news! Tim at Chickenears is the only person on the net who could find me a filter out of about a dozen different forums and retailers that posted on and contacted trying to find one. The True Flow filter he is getting is only about 5/8ths of an inch longer than the Powerstack, and will easily fit in there in it's place with the JLT CAI, or any other CAI with atleast a half an inch or so of room on the end, and a 4" inlet.
I'll post up pics once I get it on, and I might even get to dyno it, to see if there is any difference between the Powerstack and the Trueflow. Either way, the Trueflow looks way better IMHO.
