List of Mods....need advice BAD

Ok so here goes,
I am half way done with my year long deployment to Afghanistan....And i have a crap ton of parts sitting at my house waiting to be installed....here they are:

JBA Cat4ward Long Tube Headers
JBA Shorty catted H pipe
Hot rod Cams
3:73 gears
Hurst Short throw Shifter

Ducktail Spoiler
GT Embrodried head rest, and arm rest

With the next 6 months im ordering....

Roush R2300 Supercharger
Roush front fascia
Cervini Concept hood with functional Ram air.

I have read a little about saying that underdrive pulleys rob the supercharger from power, but without forged internals maybe i should leave them on until later on i get forged internals, and get way up in boost. Im telling you all this to see if there is anything else i "must" buy in order for the supercharger and everything to work decent.....Im not talking about "SHOULD" buy. I know i need like UCA's and LCA's and stuff like that....but i can buy those in between paychecks. Is there anything that i "MUST" buy in order to have it drivable and decent for when i get back?

Also, how much boost would you recommend running with my current Mods, and the list of mods that i have on right now. And, what do you think my estimated Horsepower will be with oh say 10psi....

I know thats alot to ask, but like i said i am deployed and do really get the chance to google stuff or research it.

Thank you so much,

if your car is a manual trans put 4.10's in it. NASTYGT has the roush tvs blower and i think he is a stock block but not very sure on that. look him up for any questions with that blower as he is very knowledgeable with it. the hot rod cams i am reading that a lot of people dont see any hp gains with these or they are minimal gains. i would say look into a cam with a blower grind or call brenspeed or blow by racing for a cam that may be more blower friendly.

I'm no expert but to me if you're thinking of doing forged internals then do that before the SC or during the install of your SC. Yes it's going to cost you an additional 4k est but you'll actually save on labor in the long run when you think about it. This way you're cams can be installed at the same time and your blower will be installed once. Does the Roush TVS come with a fuel pump/system upgrade? I'm sure it does being ROUSH. Other stuff to consider down the road listed below. Some of this stuff is based on how you drive and/or if you want to upgrade certain item for overall performance.

Fluidyne intercooler
Fluidyne radiator
Aluminum drive shaft

This stuff can be added later just like the other stuff you mentioned. Base on your cash flow. I think 10 psi is a good start, with forged internals you could go more than that. The next limitation will be stock fuel at 91 octane, best have a conversation with your tuner where you can have max safe performance.

Good luck!

Jed
