Vortech Supercharger turning 424 RWHP on 91 Octane. Runs great except that on several occasions car has gone into limp mode when I punched it. Notice it has happened most often when engine is not warmed up completely. Other day I punched it in first and engine limped at 3500 RPM. Previously it has happened at 5500 approx. I'm thinking I'm running lean and engine goes into limp when it senses it. Will fuel rails help this? Car goes back to normal as soon as I turn off and on the ignition. Please give me ideas.

Ask your tuner to make sure the IMRC's are 100% open all the time and the NOT enabled.

From what I hear Viagra works great when you're stuck in limp mode.

Check your messages.

BTW nobody installs anything on my car but me

I'll even do the engine build myself next winter. I'll just send the block out for torque plate honing,
