K & N air filter

Hi - is there any noticeable difference of adding the K & N air filter alone or is the only benefit the fact that you won't need to continue buying the other kind?

I assume you mean the panel filter with the stock air box , it will flow better than the stock filter ...

I didn't notice a HUGE difference, but there was a small change after installing it on mine (maybe it was mental ??). Plus, like you said, you don't need to purchase new filters all the time.

If you're looking for true power gains, I'd say do an intake and Tune. If you want a slight increase, don't want to get a tune, and don't feel like dealing with new filters all the time, then get the K&N filter.
