I don't see any proof in the pictures, beside the tube went from perfect to warped in four days. We have this invention called an "OVEN", that will do this in about four minutes.
Call me crazy. Others will from their own opinion. I'm just stating the facts.
My opinion is you want a full refund, and are willing to drag JLT through the mud to get it.

Hey, I hate ambulance chasers, too--I'm just a patent attorney, That said, JLT and their company name/reputation is someone's livelihood. This is beyond the typical internet trolling we see, as most of us are on here to get opinions and evaluations of products we may purchase. If I were in Tucker's shoes I would drop the hammer on this kid *if* I were confident the story was not true.
