jlt, magnapacks, dyno
unfortunately i dont have a baseline run but the first run was from a while back with just a 91 oct xcal2 tune. since then i've added the jlt cai, o/r x, and magnapacks. the overall combination has produced some respectable numbers but i'm not too happy about the slight loss of low end power. granted the humidity tonight was outrages @ 71%. i'm not versed well enough to know how this affects power but have been told humidity affects power. overall its a step in the right direction although i was kinda hoping to break the 300 barrier.
I don't see the loss in the low end, it sure would be nice to have a mod (maybe a special tune) that would give a good increase in it. That's what I've been missing ever since I started driving a 4.6L. This is exactly why we need a bigger motor in the Mustang. Come on Ford give a 5.4L N/A!
Thanks for the numbers, Al!

Just gets me to the higher RPM's faster. For my driving style the gears are already close enough.
I just miss my old 5.0's. One of these days (I've been saying this for years) I'll have to get another one just to play with. Know anyone with a STOCK 87-89 LX 5.0 coupe for sale? CHEAP.
