JLT Cold Air Intake

I found a guy selling a JLT cold air intake that does not require a tune. Does anyone know what the hp gains are for this particular intake if i get a SCT/XF3 handheld tuner

I have never heard of this either and would get proof of this no tune before pulling the trigger...
