Jet throttle body spacer - who painted?
Good question. When mine gets here (hopefully this week) I'm going to lightly sand the outside and spray it with some high-temp semi-gloss black paint to match my MMR intake tube. I'll tape over the openings in the spacer so the spirals don't get painted. Might be a good idea to keep those as smooth as possible to for increased airflow.
hmm....paint it? it looks good on the car blue if you got the C&L intake because their sleeve that holds it on is blue. But knowing you can paint it is cool. might have to paint it black now...Thanks for the idea
Yeah... I might have.... you know..... caved and bought one....... alluva sudden.......
:bang:
...crap... another $100 into the black PIT.......
(Although if it really does affect that lag at all, I think I will be happy.....least till the bill arrives..)

I painted mine with Krylon semi flat black. You don't need heat paint. it doesn't get hot enough.
