J&M camber plates

A buddy of mine is tired of the extra nvh associated with his camber plates so he's getting rid of them and I need some so I said I'd take em.

I'm dropped with Eibach pro springs and tokico d-specs.

The camber plates are adjustable up to 1.8 degrees.

Has anyone used these and how do you like them? Did you adjust it yourself or take it to a alignment shop?

thanks
jake

I have them installed on mine. I installed as per instructed to decrease the negative camber I could visibly see on the car. I installed them to where the slot/arrow was on the proper side for this though I can't remember which off hand. I lined the center bolt up on the center of the strut houding up top. Actually the plate slides to one side and kind of locks in place then you put it up inside the strut housing and tighten making sure the plate didn't slide out of position and you're good. You should get an alignment afterward. I haven't done it yet. I'm still looking for an experienced shop instead of just some everyday alignment shop. I've got the FRPP springs so my drop is about 1.5". There is some NVH but I'm really used to it now. I like them. I just need to get that alignment to make sure I'm 100% accurate even though the car drives super straight and I have no excessive tire wear anywhere.

I've had the J&M camber plates on for a year.. Saleen Racecraft springs with a 1'' drop I basicly installed mine the same way Gary did... and then went straight to a alignment shop .. the shop tech that dialed it in said they where almost right on the money...
