Installed Bullitt CAI today

I finally got my Bullitt CAI installed today, and uploaded the updated tunes that Doug sent me. I chose the 91 octane torque tune for this run. Took the car out, got it up to operating temperature, then caught a stop light. It's a slight downhill grade. Temp was 45 degrees. Turned the TCS off. Let out the clutch, got the car rolling, then nailed it. Spun the tires all the way thru first gear! Got traction in second and it pulled strong. Wooohoooo! And that's with a stock motor, stock exhaust, 3.31 gears, and 18" Goodyear F1 tires. The butt dyno says this is a very worthwhile mod.

Modding is an addiction, and you, my friend, need an intervention (or more money to buy more mods - LOL).

It cost me $380 with shipping from Kevin (05stangkc). Here's a pic from another thread:

How is the fit under the hood? Any problems with the underhood liner?

The hood liner may need to be trimmed a bit for optimal air flow.

What were the part numbers that were sold to you, and did it require any tuning?

I don't know the part number. It comes as an assembly. And yes, it definitely requires a tune. Doug posted a thread on the tune and the results.
