I'm running a 3.33" pulley which on this blower makes around 11psi at 6500 rpm. My overall timing is in the upper 'teens, 18 degrees I believe. The air/fuel is 12.0 thru the tail pipes which most people including my tuner agree that probably reads a couple tenths higher than actual- meaning I'm likely closer to ~11.8 air/fuel.

The other performance mods I have are delete plates, Ford Racing shorty headers (bought 'em for looks, not performance), offroad H pipe with resonators, and Borla mufflers. I have 4.10s, shifter, etc. but nothing else that "adds" any power. The numbers in my signature are with the stock 17" tires; my 18" chrome deep-dish bullets and 275/40/18 tires cost around 15 hp/tq on the dyno.

You shouldn't need the Mafia..... I've had one sitting in my trunk for 6 months. I don't understand why some tuners insist on selling people this item- 9 times out of 10 you don't need it.

I've been thinking about driving to Brenspeed to get a new tune in March/April. Maybe my tuner was just being cautious?

Are you running an oil separator or breathers on your car? I've been thinking about adding breathers to prevent blowby.

 

I'm not running either of those but I may start doing so soon, especially the oil separator.
