How is a prochamber different from an h-pipe

I ran a prochamber for several years. It will make the tone of your exhaust slightly lower and more mellow. However, don't buy into the hp numbers listed above. I had my car on the dyno several times with the prochamber and I can say it is really not worth anything. Just changes the sound of the exhaust.
