I ordered a tune for my father in law from a tuner.....What is the standard time now for a tune file to be sent??I have a Tillman tune for my car,but I enjoyes the N/A tune from another tuner so I went with him again .It was a 2 or 3 day turnaround years ago when I got my N/A tune from him,now it has been almost 2 weeks nad nada??

 

thats way to long ...give them a call and see what the hold up is

 

I recently got a tune from Chris at Blow By Racing. I got it same day. No expediting charge either.

 

From my experience, I haven't had to wait long for a tune. If I remember correctly, Doug sent my his tunes in about 4-5 days and Eric from brooksspeed sent his in about 2-3 days.

 

3-5 days max.

 

Thanks for the input..My father in law said he did get a e mail 4 days after the order that the serial # for the tuner was lost??So he emailed that and it has been 6 days since then with no responce,not even a confirmation e mail..This tuner does not have a phone # on the site and I have always thought very highly of him,but this is changing my thoughts..thanks again

 

What tuner is this? Its kind of odd that they don't have a phone number to call.

NO, I have your e-mail tune on my car now..We talked for a while,I live in Dover ,De and wanted a liitle more gusto than my custom tune gave me.. Y our tune is not perfect ,but is much more crisp than my dyno tune..I have nothing but good things to say about your tune CR,for an email tune on a vortech car it rocks.

 

did you get this straightened out yet?

 

The tune was emailed thursday to him. So it took 16 days or so,I just hope there is no issues
