How to achieve 600rwhp?
I posted this in your thread on another forum but I'll post here also. You can make 600 with your NOVI at a higher boost level, you're limited to about 18#'s of boost on pump gas. You will need a better mas air, your Mafia wont cut it at 600 hp.
You will need a forged bottom end and better fuel system. I don't know what injectors you currently have but you will need at least 60# injectors, 80# would be a better choice, for 600 hp. A GT500 fuel system would get you close but will be maxing out at 600, you will need bigger pumps or a boost a pump. I would recommend giving these guys a call about their stage II, or III fuel setup. http://www.sandhperformance.com/?page_id=48 They make great systems and can fix you up low budget or high budget setups.
You are also going to have to look at your drive train with that much HP. The 5R55S is going to need to be upgraded but it will still be at the limits at 600 and will not hold up for long. You would be better off selling the 5R55 setup and going with a built 4R70W then you would be pouring money into the 5R55.

Your going at it backwards. If you don't start with a built bottom end to support that HP it doesn't really matter what supercharger or turbo you use. It won't last for long. Don't get me wrong...your goal is achievable very easily. Just not on the stock block.

That's not to say that there are not people making more power than that reliably on stock guts, and there are people who have blown up there motors at 350 wheel horsepower. But long story short, if 600 whp is your goal, you need a built motor. Or like Al said, you need a platform like a GT500 or something that can make that sort of power.
victorfriessen i'm bulding my motor with the same goal as use, this is what i have
mmr short block
stage 2 heads
stage 2 blower cams
5/8 headers
ford racing manifol
return fuel system
paxton 2200 ho
mcleod rst clutch
10%od pully

The stock crank is a fairly strong piece. You can meet you 600 HP goals with the stock crank as long as you limit your rpm to below 6500. The stock crank doesn't have the extra counter weights that the forged crank does and will not handle the higher rpm's well.

Nope, closer to 6600 or 6700 rpm. Ford rates their valvetrains 400 rpm over the rev limiter, after that it gets interesting.
You can't go wrong with Manyley brand. Their H beam rods are the industry standard. For pistons I would recommend Manley, Diamond and CP they are all very good pistons. If you are going to have someone local build the engine I would get with them and see what brands they prefer to work with, most engine builders have their favorites.
