Question HELP - Need a shifter handle for my Shelbeena shifter!

Okay ... I technically have a stock shifter, though I like to refer to it as a Shelbeena (Shelby ****, Saleen shifter block, Steeda urethane bushings). However, I need a longer handle (e.g., the length of the Hurst Competition Plus or the Roush chrome handles). To do that, I need one that mounts to the stock shifter base and uses the stock threads. Any suggestions?

There was an extension at one point available. It would screw onto the factory shifter and then accept an aftermarket ****. There was also a bullitt like **** on ebay that had an extension on it. Been a while since I looked into it so I'm sorry I don't remember the specifics.

I wonder how hard it would be to fabricate an extension? Anyone done this?

Yes I made a couple. There is a clearance problem with the center consul the shifter has to go up the right side of the shifter rod or it hits. I wanted the throw to be about the same as stock but as close to the steering wheels as possible.

I know it needs cleaning.
