They may or may not. You can always buy a set of MIL eliminators or turn off the rear O2 sensor with a tuner.

Ohhh, I forgot this was s197's were talking about. If you got a a tune to turn off the rear 2, then there would be no check engine light, for emissions they will plug the machine in your cars computer, if it dosent throw any codes you should be good...

Yea I tried that but what they do in the tun is basically block the code from going off... it don't trick the computer into thinking its reading correctly so when they plug into it it shows the car as not ready all the time ... sucks

I'm looking at these http://www.ebay.com/itm/230671615356...84.m1438.l2649 but don't want the mufflers or the Kooks http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kooks-Header...item2319c11d32
I'm sure I can find a little bit better pricing elsewhere or maybe a different brand all together. So please fill me in
Thanks Folks
I am using Stainless Works LT with catted X pipe and magnaflow exhaust with magna packs no clearance problems and my car has BMR lowering springs this is my DD and I have been running it for 2 years great sound but not a cheap set-up my car is a 2008 GT Premium. 2005-10 Mustang GT 1 3/4" Headers (Cats and Lead Pipes Included)

Total cost so far is around 860 bucks delivered to the door. Hopefull I will have time this weekend to get the install done.
