has any one done a K member swap
Where did you get it from? Did you install it your self? Can you feel a difference with it? What else would I need to buy to complete the swap. They are about 500 bucks with motor mount. They say about a 2 hr install.

I have one.. as well as the A arms and a full bmr rear suspension.
I had my shop do the install and other then needing a couple hands to lower the stock one it was real simple. I would do the A-arms at the same time as they shave another 12lbs off and are unsprung weight.
The stiffer motor mounts are amazing.. Wish I would have done the K member from the start. The weight savings off the front is also real nice.

i did mine last year. not a problem although i was on a lift and did have my brother there to help mostly to lower the old one. i got an AJE kmember and a-arms which is super light but maybe not the best for a car that gets driven a bunch. mine isn't a daily driver so i wanted featherweight stuff. definitely do the a-arms and motor mounts all at the same time.

I have the BMR K-Member with the integral mounts. I bought it locally since I don't getextra shipping charges.
I did mine on the floor in my garage by myself in around 4 hours taking my time. You need at least 2 jackstands and a good floorjack. The jackstands support the chassis from the usual forward jacking points while the jack holds up the motor during the swap.
